08:06: Another grenade blast on the fourth floor of Nariman house.

08:25: Commandos closing in on Nariman House.

08:25: Commandos enter the fourth floor of Nariman House. Two loud explosions heard from inside the building.

10:57: The new building of Taj Hotel totally flushed out.

11:49: Massive explosion on the road outside the old building of Taj hotel, gunfire also heard.

16:00: NSG officer Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan killed in operation against militants at Taj hotel.

17:00: NSG ends siege of Oberoi/Trident, toll stands at 143. Fresh explosions, firing at Nariman House.

18:00: Eight foreigners reported killed, 22 injured in terror attacks in Mumbai.

19:00: Five hostages in Nariman House reported killed by terrorists.

23:46: Operation to flush out terrorists from Nariman House ends, commandos come out waving weapons. Heavy firing and explosions at the Taj.
