Mayawati to launch campaign in Himachal

Shimla: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati will start her party’s Lok Sabha election campaign in Himachal Pradesh with a rally at Una town on Thursday.

BSP Shimla district president K.C. Bhatia told said on Wednesday that Ms. Mayawati would also officially announce the party candidates for all the four seats in the State. The hill state has four Lok Sabha seats - Shimla (SC- reserved), Mandi, Hamirpur and Kangra - and will go to polls May 13. IANS
